Following Qualification Backgrounds would be considered as eligibility (Fresher/Experienced):

  • MBA

    in Marketing

    (with specialization in Brand Management or Strategic Marketing)
  • Masters

    in Brand Management

  • Strong academic background with proven expertise in Brand Management.

A relevant Industry/Academics experience would be a value addition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching:

    Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Analytics, including but not limited to data analysis, predictive modeling, data visualization, and machine learning. Design and update course materials and methods to reflect current industry practices and emerging trends.
  • Advising:

    Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters. Supervise graduate students’ research projects and theses.
  • Service:

    Participate in departmental, college, and university service activities, including committee work, curriculum development, and outreach programs. Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives within the department.
  • Professional Development:

    Stay current with advancements in the field of Business Analytics through ongoing research, professional development, and engagement with industry practices.


Qualifications:

Education: Ph.D or

  • Experience:

    Demonstrated record of excellence in teaching and research. Previous experience in a faculty role or a strong record of relevant industry experience is desirable.
  • Strong academic background with proven expertise in Brand Management.
  • Industry experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related roles is highly desirable.
  • Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage students and foster an interactive learning environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems for teaching purposes.
