Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Kalyani. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations within the manufacturing unit, ensure production targets and quality standards are met, manage production schedules and workflow, and coordinate with various departments for smooth functioning. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, optimizing processes for efficiency, and leading and mentoring production staff.

Experience in manufacturing operations, production management, and process optimization
Skills in scheduling, workflow management, and team coordination
Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards
Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
