Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager to oversee daily factory operations, manage teams, ensure timely reporting, and coordinate with departments to meet production and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Supervise and monitor daily factory operations to ensure smooth functioning.

🔹 Prepare and submit accurate Daily Production Reports (DPR) to the Operations Manager.

🔹 Manage workforce scheduling, leave requests, and ensure sufficient manpower.

🔹 Monitor resource availability including raw materials and coordinate effective utilization.

🔹 Conduct daily team meetings to communicate production goals and challenges.

🔹 Oversee maintenance routines and ensure timely execution by staff.

🔹 Coordinate across departments to address operational gaps and improvements.

Qualifications:

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.

✔️ Certifications in Operations Management or Production Planning (preferred).

✔️ 5 years of experience in a similar factory/production management role, preferably in the food or marine processing sector.

Key Skills:
