Job Summary:
Hotel Sonar Bangla Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Operation Manager with a strong F&B background and 8+ years of hotel operations experience. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day operations, with a focus on food & beverage, ensuring high service standards, supervising staff, and optimizing operational efficiency across departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in hotel operations with strong F&B expertise
• Proven experience in managing restaurant, bar, and banquet operations
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to supervise staff, maintain operational standards, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Results-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to work across multiple properties in West Bengal

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations with a focus on F&B services
• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction in restaurants, bars, and banquets
• Supervise and train F&B and operational staff
• Coordinate between departments to maintain workflow efficiency
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs
