Assistant Operation Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to optimize delivery routes, load distribution, and other logistics operations. Additionally, you will manage the logistics budget to reduce costs while maintaining service quality. Developing and maintaining relationships with logistics vendors and transportation providers will also be a key part of your role. Your role will involve communicating effectively with internal stakeholders such as procurement, sales, distribution, and factory teams. You will need to analyze data to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes. Furthermore, supervising, coaching, and training the warehouse workforce will be essential. Ensuring the safety and compliance of vehicles with legal requirements will be another critical aspect of your job. You will also be responsible for monitoring the quality, quantity, and stock levels within the warehouse.
