As an Assistant Operations Manager at our Bangalore office in Koramangala, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of a variety of events. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and executing a diverse range of events. - Ensure flawless event logistics and prioritize client satisfaction. - Offer hands-on support for event setup, breakdown, and adherence to timelines. - Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to uphold event efficiency. - Collaborate with the team to contribute to post-event evaluations and suggest improvements. Qualifications & Requirements: - Experience: 3-5 years in the event industry. - Education: Minimum 2nd PUC qualification. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities. - Enthusiasm and a strong interest in event management. - Good understanding of event planning, logistics, vendor management, and on-ground execution.
