We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to work closely with the Director and manage end-to-end operations of our personalized gifting brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Director on daily operations and execution
• Handle end-to-end operations of a personalized gifting business
• Manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and follow-ups
• Ensure timely order processing, production coordination, and dispatch
• Oversee listings, order flow, and operations on digital marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms
• Coordinate with teams for website development, updates, and maintenance
• Track inventory, timelines, and quality standards
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of operations management
• Experience or working knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and e-commerce platforms
• Basic understanding of website management / development coordination
• Excellent follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
• Organized, detail-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment
