We are looking for a dedicated Lab Technician to take charge of quality control functions in our production unit. The ideal candidate will conduct lab tests, monitor product quality, and ensure compliance with set standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct TVBN and Protein tests for fish meal and fish oil

✅ Collect samples at different production stages

✅ Monitor FFA values and coordinate external lab testing when needed

✅ Maintain accurate lab records and quality reports

✅ Intermix products to ensure quality consistency

✅ Oversee quality control in the fish meal storage section

✅ Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal protocols

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology, or related field
• Diploma in Quality Control or Lab Practices (acceptable)
• Knowledge of TVBN, Protein & FFA testing
• Familiarity with lab equipment and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to join immediately
