Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence and website.
  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including email and print.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using key metrics and analytics tools.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on hospitality or tourism.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
