About the Role

Assistant Manager - Marketing

The person should hold min 3 years of experience in real Estate.

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities

Achieve revenue target through effective lead generation, tracking walk-ins, and improving conversions.
Conduct research, define buyer personas, analyze competition, and create strong product USPs.
Develop brand identity, plan & execute GTM strategies, digital & offline campaigns, and project launches.
Design seamless sales journeys, monitor NPS, resolve queries, and enhance customer loyalty through CRM insights.
Manage channel partner engagement, media buying, vendor performance, and marketing budget.
Track CPL, CAC, ROMI, and campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate/ MBA
