Assistant Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to support our marketing team in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that enhance the visibility, reach of Janmanch TV. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of media marketing, audience engagement, and digital promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns across TV, digital, social media, and offline channels.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, production, and external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences.
• Assist in creating marketing content, advertisements, and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in media, television, or digital content platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
