Assistant Manager/Sr Engineer

As an AM/Senior/Sales Engineer within the Branson Business Unit at Baroda, Gujarat, your role involves driving sales initiatives to meet targets, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market competition, persuading customers on product/service benefits, negotiating contract terms, managing customer relationships, updating sales calls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will cover products such as plastic joining, precision cleaning, metal welding, and clean vibration technology, with a preference for hands-on installation and trial experience. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales initiatives to meet targets and submit POR monthly - Identify new business opportunities, applications, and clients - Analyze market competition and develop strategies - Persuade customers on product/service benefits - Negotiate contract terms to meet client and company needs - Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction - Update sales calls, applications, and orders regularly - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer delight - Cover products like plastic joining, precision cleaning, and metal welding - Hands-on installation and trial experience preferred - Network in industries like Medical, textile, packaging, and electronics Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-12 years of sales experience in related fields - Experience in Plastic Industry, Electronics Industry, or Industrial automation is advantageous - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or equivalent In this role, you are expected to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities, sales-driven, and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
