Job Description

Job Purpose
This role is responsible for executing day-to-day HR activities at the regional level as per the guidelines, processes, and instructions provided by the Central HR teams and the Regional HR Head. The role focuses on operational delivery, documentation, coordination, and ensuring compliance with established HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities as per instructions from the Regional HR Head and HO Recruitment team.
  • Coordinate interviews, schedule assessments, follow up with candidates, and ensure timely documentation.
  • Maintain updated databases of applicants, interview trackers, and offer details.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment drives, campus hiring events, and walk-ins as directed.
  • Ensure all hiring forms, checklists, and joining documents are completed and submitted to HO.
2. Performance Management System (PMS)
  • Assist in execution of PMS activities such as circulation of templates, reminders, and follow-ups with employees and managers.
  • Support data collection for goal sheets, mid-year reviews, and appraisal documents.
  • Compile PMS reports and share data with the Regional HR Head for review.
  • Maintain PMS records and ensure timely submission to HO.
3. Learning & Development (L&D)
  • Coordinate logistics for all training sessions including invitations, attendance, venue setup, and material preparation.
  • Maintain training attendance records and feedback forms.
  • Share training reports and required documents with HO L&D team.
  • Support induction and onboarding processes for new joiners.
4. HR Operations & Employee Engagement
  • Execute routine HR operations including joining formalities, document collection, employee file management, and HRIS updates.
  • Support payroll activities by collecting attendance, leave data, and required inputs and sharing them with HO Payroll team.
  • Assist employees with basic payroll, leave, and HR policy queries and escalate unresolved cases to the Regional HR Head.
  • Conduct fun activities at the regional levels (festivals, birthdays, celebrations) as per company guidelines.
  • Provide support in grievance redressal by recording issues and forwarding them to the concerned HR authority.

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS, and documentation
  • Ability to execute tasks accurately within defined timelines
  • Basic understanding of HR operations, recruitment processes, and statutory requirements
  • Problem-solving at an operational level; timely escalation of issues

Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate / MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
  • 1–3 years of HR experience in recruitment, operations, or generalist roles
  • Exposure to multi-location support will be an added advantage

Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel within the region when required
  • Comfortable working in a process-driven environment with close supervision and structured workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with timely follow-ups
