Assistant Manager Training & Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the

  Annual Training Calendar

  in alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct

  Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

  based on KRAs, performance gaps, and business priorities.
• Develop and execute

  Individual Development Plans (IDPs)

  to support continuous employee growth.
• Collaborate with HR and HODs to link training outcomes with

  Performance Management System (PMS)

  for skill evaluation and appraisal inputs.
• Conduct

  pre- and post-training assessments

  to measure learning effectiveness and ROI.
• Maintain and analyze

  L&D data, dashboards, and MIS reports

  for decision-making.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external trainers to deliver impactful learning interventions.
• Develop engaging training content, presentations, and e-learning materials using

  MS PowerPoint, Excel, and AI tools

  .

Key Skills & Competencies:

• 3–6 years of experience in

  L&D / Training

  , preferably in

  logistics, supply chain, or service industry

  .
• Strong understanding of

  performance-linked development

  , competency mapping, and IDPs.
• Excellent command of

  MS Office Suite

  ,

  LMS platforms

  , and digital learning tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to evaluate training effectiveness and employee progression.

Qualification:

• Graduate / MBA / Postgraduate in HR, Business, or Learning & Development.
• Certification in

  TTT (Train the Trainer)

  or

  L&D Analytics

  preferred.
