Job Summary:

Logistics & Shipping Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage all necessary

  shipping documents

  for domestic and international consignments.

• Coordinate truck logistics

  for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Plan and arrange

  international shipment schedules

  in coordination with freight forwarders and other stakeholders.
• Liaise and coordinate with

  clients and customers

  to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
• Handle

  quotation preparation

  accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain ongoing communication with

  Japanese clients or partners

  , ensuring expectations and operations are aligned.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the

  logistics and shipping market

  trends and requirements.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Manage

  auto parts logistics

  , ensuring careful handling and accurate documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  shipping documentation

  and logistics coordination.
• Prior exposure to

  Japanese companies

  or

  client-side operations

  is strongly preferred.
• Strong

  spoken English

  and excellent

  communication skills

  (both verbal and written).
• Experience in preparing

  accurate quotations

  for shipping and logistics services.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and coordinate effectively with

  customers and vendors

  .
• Good knowledge and understanding of

  logistics operations and international shipping

  processes.
• Experience in handling

  auto parts

  logistics is a must.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric approach.
