We are a newly started export business seeking an Export Documentation Executive to handle end-to-end export and shipping documentation and assist in reducing export costs through applicable government schemes and incentives. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage export documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and related shipping documents. Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, banks, and internal teams for smooth shipment execution. Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, and other export regulations. Handle documentation for LC, advance payments, and post-shipment formalities. Identify and assist in claiming export incentives and schemes such as RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, RoSCTL, and relevant state or central subsidies. Maintain proper records for audits, claims, and regulatory purposes. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in export documentation or a similar role. Practical knowledge of export procedures, compliance, and incentive schemes. Familiarity with DGFT, ICEGATE, and related online portals. Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
