Export Documentation Executive

Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Documentation Executive located in Sonipat Haryana. The Export Documentation Executive will be responsible for preparing and managing export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements. The role will involve coordination with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth transportation and delivery of goods. The candidate will maintain proper document management systems, communicate with customers and internal teams, and ensure timely submission of all required documents.

Proficiency in Export Documentation and general Documentation processes

Strong skills in Document Management and compliance

Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience in the Export domain

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

Proficiency in relevant software tools for documentation management

Familiarity with shipping regulations and export procedures is a plus

Responsible for Pre Post Documentation, preparing export Invoices, packing lists, tracking shipments, letters of credit, Coordination with Overseas Buyers, CHA, freight forwarders Shipping Agents regarding shipments, and Preparation of BRC.

Must be from the trading / export-import industry/paper industry

Experience 5-8 years

Male/ Female candidates only

Graduate or post-graduate from a recognized university

Salary :- UP TO 60K
