- Managing and analyzing techno-commercial aspects of real estate projects in Mumbai - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within budget and timelines - Conducting market research and feasibility studies to support decision-making processes - Developing financial models and projections to evaluate project profitability - Preparing and presenting techno-commercial reports to senior management - Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards - Identifying risks and opportunities within projects and proposing mitigation strategies

Technical Competencies
