Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing and analyzing techno-commercial aspects of real estate projects in Mumbai
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within budget and timelines
Conducting market research and feasibility studies to support decision-making processes
Developing financial models and projections to evaluate project profitability
Preparing and presenting techno-commercial reports to senior management
Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Identifying risks and opportunities within projects and proposing mitigation strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
3-7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
