Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic hiring plans for Non-IT roles aligned with organisational goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Utilise multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through a transparent and professional recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends in the job market and talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Non-IT talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview techniques, and evaluation methods.
• Proven experience in managing recruitment across functions like Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, etc.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with ATS and HRMS systems is preferred.
