Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical professional to join our Strategy team. This role is pivotal in shaping the firm’s growth agenda, operational excellence, and market positioning. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities, drive key firm-wide initiatives, and provide data-backed insights for decision-making.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends, competition, and internal financial data to develop strategy and monitor implementation
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, market research, and client analysis
• Monitor industry trends, client movements, and legal market developments
• Drive key strategic initiative working closely with key stakeholders and other departments
• Monitor and evaluate the firm’s markets, existing business lines, as well as its clients and associates to constantly test and appropriately build support for new growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• EDUCATION LEVEL – Undergrad in economics/ business/ fiancé. CA/ MBA preferred. Good academic performance is a prerequisite
• EXPERIENCE –

  1- 5 years plus experience in strategy consulting

  , investment banking, industry strategy and business planning roles
• SKILLS – Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
