Role & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with

  architects, lighting & electrical consultants, PMCs, and institutions

  to secure product specifications in ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Promote product solutions through

  presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions

  with specifiers and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with

  Area/Regional Managers

  to convert specified projects into confirmed orders.
• Work with the

  central application & sales teams

  to support key accounts and ensure product compliance in tenders and project documents.
• Track and report project pipelines, specification status, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Ensure

  product positioning

  at early design stages to maximize chances of project conversion.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years

  of relevant experience in specification, project sales, or business development.
• Prior experience of working with

  architects, PMCs, lighting/electrical consultants

  is mandatory.
• Experience in building materials, construction products, lighting, electrical, HVAC, or related industry preferred.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong market knowledge and

  professional presence

  with an attractive personality.
• Excellent

  presentation & communication skills

  (English mandatory).
• Confident in handling

  technical product discussions

  with consultants.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and

  drive project-based sales

• Languages:

  English & Marathi
