Assistant Manager Specifications

We are seeking an AM Specifications for a Global Building Material Manufacturer.

Job Profile:

Effectively convert product specifications into actual.
Strong market penetration and demand for the companys products.Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, consultants, and other key stakeholders involved in the specification process.Contribute to the growth of the companys market share by successfully securing product specifications and increasing brand visibility in the target market.Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys products, their features, benefits, and applications. Conduct product presentations and training sessions.Track and report on revenue generated from specified projects, demonstrating the financial impact of specification activities on the companys bottom line.Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of potential projects by actively identifying and pursuing new specification opportunities. This includes market research, lead generation, and project tracking.

AM Specifications Requirement:

To have a proven track record of 7+ years experience in securing product specifications within the industry, ideally working with architects, designers, or engineers.
Specifications experience in Building products / office automation / direct selling
Understanding technical concepts and be comfortable communicating technical information to diverse audiences.Experience using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
