The person in this role is responsible for achieving sales targets in his/her area or territory. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring market coverage, and executing the companys sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
1. Sales & Business Development, identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients and distributors.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and channel partners in Edible Oil industry.
3. Market Analysis & Reporting, monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends within the territory.
4. Order Management & Collections, ensure timely order booking, delivery, and payment collection from customers.
5. Territory Planning & Coverage, plan and optimiseimize routes for maximum market coverage and efficiency
6. Compliance & Brand Representation: Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
1. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
2. Target-driven and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
3. Good analytical and reporting skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
5. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
