In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of exceptional facility management services, focusing on soft services such as housekeeping, security, reception, and guest services. You will work closely with the Facility Manager to ensure seamless operations, cost-effectiveness, and client satisfaction while embodying JLL's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and technology-driven solutions.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management, preferably with a focus on soft servicesStrong knowledge of facility management best practices, industry standards, and relevant regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsFluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Gujarati is a plusPreferred Qualifications:Professional certification in Facility Management (e.g., FMP, CFM)Experience with sustainable facility management practices and green building certificationsKnowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirementsExperience with vendor management and contract negotiationsFamiliarity with smart building technologies and IoT solutions in facility managementKey Responsibilities:Assist in the day-to-day management of soft services, including housekeeping, security, reception, and guest servicesMonitor service delivery and ensure compliance with established standards and SLAsConduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality and identify areas for improvementCollaborate with the Facility Manager to develop and implement innovative solutions for enhancing operational efficiencyParticipate in budget planning and cost control initiativesAssist in the selection, training, and supervision of soft services staff and contractorsEnsure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulationsContribute to the implementation of sustainable practices and energy-efficient solutionsPrepare reports and presentations on service performance and improvement initiativesAct as a liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolutionAt JLL, we are committed to shaping the future of real estate for a better world.
