Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales Support & Coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales support team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee order processing, invoicing, and ERP entries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, production, and sales) to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage discount calculations, quotations, and approvals in line with company policies.
• Handle MIS reporting, sales data analysis, and performance tracking for management review.
• Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events in collaboration with the sales & marketing teams.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, SLAs, and multiple target deliveries within strict deadlines.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
• Act as a point of escalation for customer queries, resolving issues effectively.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/MBA (preferred) with specialization in Business, Sales, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in sales support, coordination, and team management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, manage high-pressure situations, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Experience in coordinating exhibitions or large events will be an added advantage.
