Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Business Development:

    • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B customers in the construction, mining, agriculture, and industrial equipment sectors.
    • Develop a deep understanding of customers technical and commercial requirements to offer tailored hydraulic solutions.
    • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
  • Sales Management:

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Handle end-to-end sales cycles from enquiry generation to order closure and payment collection.
    • Manage key accounts and maintain long-term partnerships with OEM clients.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:

    • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, new projects, and competitive activities.
    • Suggest pricing strategies and promotional activities based on market intelligence.
  • Coordination & Support:

    • Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
    • Provide feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain updated customer data, quotations, and order tracking in CRM / ERP systems.
    • Submit regular reports on sales performance, forecast, and pipeline.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong technical understanding of hydraulic components and applications.
  • Proven track record in B2B industrial product sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • CRM management and sales forecasting capability.
  • Customer-centric approach with high accountability and follow-up discipline.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across regions.
  • Export sales (international OEMs) or domestic market

  • Sales revenue vs. target achievement
  • New customer acquisition
  • Customer retention and satisfaction rate
  • On-time quotation and order closure ratio
  • Gross margin contribution
