Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.- Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and potential for conversion.- Develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients to ensure consistent sales opportunities.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.- Understand clients' requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.- Regularly communicate with clients to address their concerns, gather feedback, and provide updates on products/services.- Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals in accordance with company objectives.- Monitor sales metrics, analyse trends, and adjust strategies to maximize sales performance.- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales management team.- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.- Use market insights to identify opportunities for product/service improvements and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences.- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
