Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    In driving sales, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have 3-8 years of experience in real estate sales and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals. - Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper client servicing. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. - Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities. - Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and competitors. - Provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve targets. - Participate in promotional activities and networking events to increase brand awareness.

Technical Competencies


    Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.,Detailed knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.,Experience in handling sales processes and closing deals.,Strong negotiation abilities.

Qualifications and Experience


    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
