About the Role:
Qualification:
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing Experience:
  • 3 years experience in Alco - Bev sales or
    > 5 years experience in consumer sales (FMCG or Telecom)
Knowledge & skills,
Client Relationships, Sales Planning, Emphasizing Excellence, Best suited for someone who believes in perfection when it comes to execution
Has the self-confidence to deal with people across levels Happy to spend majority of time in the market Likes to carry out analysis Good at networking
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1 Business performance monitoring
Identification of Geography, Channel, Brand, Pack opportunities basis available data and provide insights on disruptive gain opportunities
Update of Must Win Battle performance, highlighting of red-flags, and monitoring of specific initiatives, monitoring and reporting of Width of Distribution
2 Reporting automation and insight generation
Preparation and analysis of daily, monthly & annual dashboard and reports that assist in business planning and deployment.
Collaborate with business leaders to deliver insights derived from data, highlight emerging trends/customer needs, and work through implications for business strategy.
Analyze on-going basis opportunities/threats, strengths/weaknesses affecting growth and national / regional programs and report information to business head.
Delivers against strategic priorities in the product line areas mentioned above. They have overall responsibility for successful delivery including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure. Key skills such as stakeholder management, influencing and communication will be essential to success in this role.
This role will lead the delivery of low to high complexity projects with multiple work streams or deployments.
The applicant should have proven success of large transformation initiatives and an Agile mindset; obsessed with achieving business outcomes and accelerating time to value.
