Job Description

As an Assistant Sales Manager, your role will be pivotal in supporting the Sales Manager to drive revenue and secure new business opportunities. You will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth while enhancing your sales leadership skills. Your responsibilities include: - Assisting the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets - Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Conducting market research to discover new sales opportunities and potential clients - Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery of products and services - Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences - Maintaining accurate sales records and generating regular performance reports - Organizing and conducting client meetings, property tours, and site inspections as required - Ensuring accurate recording of all client data in the CRM system - Staying updated on product knowledge and industry developments - Mentoring and supporting junior sales team members Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within a relevant industry - Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Experience with CRM systems is highly advantageous - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset - Knowledge of local market trends and business practices in Visakhapatnam - Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus,
