Duties and Responsibilities

Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets for Rural Two Wheeler and Consumer Durable loans-

Sales Force Management & data management-

Regular Dealer visit and updating Daily Visit report-

Portfolio management €“ Maintaining healthy portfolio -

Ensure adherence to sales governance & compliance processes-

Adherence to customer delivery & queries within defined TAT-

Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.

Resolves issues regarding customer documentations-

Plans for business expansion - identify and map new areas
Required Qualifications and Experience
