Duties And Responsibilities

  • Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets for Rural Two Wheeler and Consumer Durable loans-
  • Sales Force Management & data management-
  • Regular Dealer visit and updating Daily Visit report-
  • Portfolio management – Maintaining healthy portfolio -
  • Ensure adherence to sales governance & compliance processes-
  • Adherence to customer delivery & queries within defined TAT-
  • Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.-
  • Resolves issues regarding customer documentations-
    • Plans for business expansion - identify and map new areas

    Required Qualifications And Experience

    • Qualifications : -Graduation -Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability-People & Relationship Management skills-Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skillb)Work Experience: -Graduation with 0 to 5 Years’ experience
