Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry, specifically with Fairmont. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of experience and a strong background in managing teams and delivering exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise a team of hospitality professionals to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest experience.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
