Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer with good knowledge of infrastructure to join our dynamic RPA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions while ensuring the underlying infrastructure supports these solutions effectively. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in UiPath RPA tool and a good understanding of IT infrastructure.

Work you will do

  • RPA BAU, including updating UiPath
  • RPA standards and consistency

• Work with business and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility.
• Configure automation processes as per Promapp.

• Work closely with IT teams to manage servers, databases, and network configurations that support RPA deployments.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of RPA environments, addressing any infrastructure-related issues promptly.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and other team members.

• Develop code to meet the defined design/solution approach.
• Ensure quality of coded components by performing end to end unit testing.

• Be Self-driven & have ability to collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team.
• Able to support and drive change management of existing processes as per new requirements using a structured change control process.
• Operations of the robots in day-to-day work.

• 4+ years of professional services experience particularly in automation/integration projects.
• 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including servers, databases, and networking.

• Extensive knowledge of UiPath RPA tools especially UiPath Studio/Orchestrator
• Experience capturing and understanding the business process requirements and using the relevant tools (Promapp, Excel, Visio, UML, other)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies

• Work with project leads on technology platform related issues and provide plausible suggestion for improvements.
• Good working knowledge of PowerShell.
• Microsoft Technology (Windows, Edge Browser, SQL Server, Web Services)
• Hands on experience in Excel, Macro, HTML etc.
• Experience in Web, Desktop, Citrix, Excel, PDF, Image and SAP based automation.
• Should have knowledge on version control and configuration management tools such as TFS/DevOps.
• Independent and ability to work with minimal supervision.

• IT Degree or relevant technical certifications.

• Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional).
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

Work location: Hyderabad

Shift timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
