Job Description
  1. Knowledge of land acquisition processes for acquisition of Government & Private land alongwith their requisite compliances.
  2. Know how of Land acquisition process, procedures, fees/charges and all compliances involved for acquisition of Government land, Private land and Forest land. Also dealing with officials of revenue department, Prant office (SDM), DILR, Forest, R&B, Mining, Railway, Panchayat, etc. for obtaining land approvals, NOCs, Mortgage permissions, etc.
  3. Dealing with revenue department and Taluka and District level for movement of files pertaining to land application, allotment and NA approval.
  4. Building Rapport with Revenue department officials, village/panchayat bodies, district administration, Talatis, Sarpanch, local leaders, etc.
  5. Dealing with various Regional level Government bodies and Local Administration
  6. Possess hands on experience on all the current policy matters and issues pertaining to RE Sector in the State level.
  7. Obtaining Statutory Approvals, Permits, NOCs & Clearances pertaining to Renewable Energy (RE) Projects by advocating and interacting with Dist. Collectorate office, Prant/SDM office, Mamlatdar/tehsildar, allied revenue department offices, etc.
  8. Must be aware of prevailing land allotment policies, applicable GRs and latest orders for acquisition of government and private land for RE power projects.
  9. Development of new potential site / area starting from site identification, feasibility survey, topographical survey, land type identification, title check of land, tie-up / acquisition of suitable land for Wind, Solar, Hybrid Project sites as per prevailing government policies and GR.
  10. Provide operational support to the business verticals in project execution team.
  11. Support to Legal and Land teams
  12. Minimize right of way (ROW) issues during operation and project and least local level hindrance during projects operation and at commissioned assets.
  13. Associate closely with state asset management team and provide support when sought during breakdowns or any other unforeseen situations.
  14. Maintaining MIS of land related compliances.
  15. Maintaining track record of all statutory payments, govt. taxes, NA cess, etc. pertaining to land alongwith their timelines.
  16. Should possess great networking skills with the government officials.
  17. Keep track of all insights of the happenings in RE sector at Government level and track for movements of competitor activities within the designated project site / area.
  18. Ensure all statutory compliances are adhered for all project sites which are operational.
  19. Support to CSR team for execution of CSR initiatives/campaigns at various sites.
  20. Possess work experience of 7-8 years in land acquisition and past experience in RE sector would be an added advantage.
