Job Description

Key Responsibilities: System Installation & Configuration: Set up and configure computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal functionality.) Technical Support: Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, assisting end-users with hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve technical problems, perform maintenance on IT systems, and ensure the security of networks and computer systems. System Upgrades & Backups: Install and upgrade software applications, perform system backups, and assist in data recovery efforts in case of system failures. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of IT issues, repairs, and solutions provided to users for future references. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AZURE/AWS, CISCO Certification added advantage. At least 10 to 11 years of experience in IT support. Should have experience on Azure cloud, O65, Administration, migration. Complete network solution (Active/Passive) with a knowledge of server installation and backup management. Should have experience in troubleshooting at client site. · Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, knowledge of network configuration, and should have hand-on experience on Windows, server 2022 with AD.
