Role Description -

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with general practitioners, specialists, and key referral doctors.

• Regularly visit doctors’ clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities to update them on hospital services, specialties, and new advancements.

• Promote the hospital’s centres of excellence, diagnostic capabilities, and specialty programs.

• Act as the primary point of contact for doctors referring patients to the hospital.

• Organize CME programs, workshops, and clinical meetings to engage doctors.

• Collect and analyze referral data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Facilitate smooth coordination between referring doctors and hospital consultants for patient care.

• Provide timely feedback and updates to management on referral activities and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare management and hospital Marketing / Pharma Background with suitable area coverage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in, Business Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Medavakkam to Tambaram Coverage additional is a plus.
