Job Description

  • Supervising into all Production related activities.

  • Profile cutting and checking for measurements randomly and guiding every section on a daily basis for the smooth flow of production.

  • Monitoring assembly section, checking color mismatch and scratches if any in the assembled doors.

  • Follow up with the orders, Manpower handling and Quality Checking in each section.

  • Handling SBC Materials , Continuous follow ups with the sales team.

  • Daily Wings/ERP and OPR’s Spread Sheet Upgradation, Solving the issues related with Production, Communicating with stores as well as Sales Persons for smooth flow of Production related activities.

  • Monitoring into installation planned material to keep ready for tomorrow planning and training & coordinating with Production Supervisors.

  • Daily Monitoring and taking production updates and maintaining separate books for the same day, Production update books, SBC materials books and digital print books log for the speed flow of the process.

  • If and when required in case of any emergency project or pending projects of production to be completed on priority, respective production supervisor will take necessary steps to complete the project by informing the action with the Production Manager and intimation mail will have to be marked and sent to the HR Department. for allowances purposes.

  • Weekly meeting with the Team. (Production & Installation)

  • Following up for returned material in the factory for repair works.

  • Marking the working performance of the Team monthly and submitting reports to the Production Manager.

  • Requirements
  • Planning of both the site Installation and Snag Works and allocating Team.

  • Maintaining daily Dispatch And Snag reports submitting every week.

  • Looking at Installation team attendance, OT/Site allowances and food expenses issued on a daily basis to the HR Department.

  • Maintaining site expenses, Cash vouchers and submitting it on a daily basis to the Accounts Department.

  • Technical In charge & Installation Trainer for new joined workers.

  • Coordinating with Installation teams, Drivers and Sales Team.

  • Coordinating with the Accounts Department for bills preparation.

  • Collecting bills of Courier Dispatches out of station and forwarding it to Stores.

  • Providing gate passes for teams and petrol vouchers for drivers.

  • Maintain petty cash & daily updates And Submit the Installation team allowance and OT details to the HR Department for further process.

  • Marking the working performance of the Team on a monthly basis and submitting reports to the Production Manager.

  • Responsible for updating the report on a daily basis for only delivered materials and installation completed.

  • Following up for returned material in the factory for repair works.
