Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the production department.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure production goals are met.

  • Monitor production output and quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic plans for production.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Assist in budget development and manage expenses within the production department.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and production software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed.
