Job Description

Position Title: Assistant Manager (Payroll & Employee Data Management)

Location: Bangalore

CTC: Upto 30K based on performance in the interview

About the Role

As Assistant Manager (Payroll & Employee Data Management), you will gain hands-on exposure to core HR operations. You will assist in maintaining employee records, processing payroll data, ensuring statutory compliance, and coordinating with the accounts team for salary disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, maintain and update employee records related to payroll and benefits.

Collect, validate, and process attendance, overtime, and leave data.

Support payroll processing, including calculation of gross/net salary, tax, PF, ESIC, and statutory deductions.

Preparing Full & Final settlements.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR & payroll data.

Coordinate with accounts/finance teams for salary disbursements.

Support compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Income Tax, etc.).

Generate reports, payslips, and data summaries as required by HR and management.

Use computer applications (MS Excel, Word, HRIS, payroll software) to store, retrieve, and communicate information.

Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and professional practices.______________

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate/undergraduate with minimum 1 year of experience in Voice/Semi Voice in BPO industry.

- MBA Fresher

- Laptop is mandatory
