Job Description

o Develop agood understanding of Nexdigm s service offerings and stay connected with theoperations, sales, and marketing teams for updates and developments.

o Maintain arepository of sales collateral, gather new material from practice SPOCs, andwork with them to create relevant sales presentations and documents asrequired.

o Assist withpreparing presentations for client meetings. Participate in sales calls asrequired and take down and circulate call notes.

o Work withvarious internal teams and external partners to create comprehensive proposals demonstratinga clear understanding of client requirements and offering solutions thataddress challenges and add value to them. Ensure on-time delivery and quality.

o Projectmanage and prepare RFP responses while ensuring completeness and timelysubmissions.

o Track andmanage legal contracting-related requirements, which includes creating andsubmitting SOWs/Work Orders and change orders/addendums, ensuring timeliness,and sharing regular status updates. Work with the legal, quality, and datasecurity teams as required.

o Hold andtrack versions of the contract templates, such as the NDA, MSA, EngagementLetters, SOWs/Work Orders, Change Orders/addendums, etc.

Internal Cross Selling - Lead Generation & Research

Identify and research target accounts across various verticals.
Map key decision-makers (CFOs, Finance Controllers, Procurement Heads, etc.) within the target accounts.

Outbound Prospecting & Campaigns

Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, events/webinars) to engage prospects.
Build awareness about F&A offerings (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Analytics, AI/ML solutions, etc.).
Manage campaigns in collaboration with marketing to maximize conversion.

Pre Sales Activities:

Conduct client discovery and assess F&A & CMS process needs.
Prepare proposals, decks, and client-facing collateral. .
