Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Program Manager to join our Operations team in HSR Layout, Bangalore. This role is pivotal in supporting the execution of high-impact projects, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring the successful implementation of new initiatives under the guidance of the DGM New Initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project coordination, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and executing cross-functional operational programs and projects.
  • Coordinate between internal departments (Design, Sales, Execution, Procurement, etc.) to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to timelines.
  • Support the DGM – New Initiatives in identifying process gaps, designing workflows, and implementing improvement strategies.
  • Monitor project performance through data collection, dashboards, and progress tracking tools.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare reports, and maintain documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
  • Collaborate with tech, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or bottlenecks in the execution lifecycle.
  • Contribute to process audits, SOP documentation, and feedback loops.
  • Assist in launching pilot programs and scaling successful models across locations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations support roles.
  • Proficient in tools such as MS Excel, Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar project tracking platforms.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Exposure to data analytics and dashboarding tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.
  • Experience in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
  • Lean Six Sigma or PMP/Prince2 certification (not mandatory, but an added advantage).
