Engineering Program Manager

About the Role:

Engineering Program Manager (EPM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive

  end-to-end program execution

  across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Define

  program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics

  in alignment with organizational strategy.
• Develop and maintain

  detailed project plans, schedules, and roadmaps

  .
• Coordinate across

  cross-functional teams

  software, hardware, QA, product, operations, and manufacturing to ensure smooth execution.
• Track and manage

  dependencies, risks, and changes

  throughout the program lifecycle.
• Communicate

  program status, issues, and decisions

  clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate

  technical discussions

  , design reviews, and program retrospectives.
• Drive

  process improvement and efficiency

  within engineering operations.
• Manage

  budgets, resources, and vendor relationships

  related to program execution.
• Ensure adherence to

  quality, safety, and compliance standards

  where applicable.
• Foster a

  collaborative culture

  that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in

  hardware-software integrated programs

  or

  R&D environments

  .
• Familiarity with

  product lifecycle management (PLM)

  and

  change control processes

  .
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe) is a plus.
  
• Experience in

  budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning

• Exposure to

  risk management, compliance

• Experience working in

  industries such as automotive, aerospace, IT, or manufacturing
