Job Description

The person will play a critical role in managing and driving the successful execution of complex engineering programs. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage engineering projects from concept to launch, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement new product innovations.
  • Develop project plans, resource allocation strategies, and budget management for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure effective communication among team members, customers, and suppliers throughout the entire lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-12 years of experience in Engineering Program Management or related field (NPI).
  • Must have a full-time B.Tech/B.E. degree (preferably Mechanical)
  • Strong understanding of PMP principles and practices; certification is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
