Job Description

Role Overview: As a Program Manager at the company, you will play a crucial role in managing complex cross-functional programs. Your responsibilities will include working closely with product teams, engineering teams, engineers, and executives to deliver high-impact programs. You will be an integral part of the PMO team, collaborating with the DATA organization leadership to execute the most impactful programs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead program planning for large complex programs, organizing and leading planning activities to create a release/program roadmap and ensure alignment with enterprise planning expectations. - Proactively manage stakeholder groups to establish interdependencies, identify risks and resource constraints, and eliminate significant roadblocks in a timely manner. - Exercise smart decision-making and collaborate effectively with other leaders and stakeholders to address key issues and roadblocks. - Develop measurable KPIs for the program that align with overall product KPIs, create and manage clear Gating Criteria for Go/No-go decisions, and work with product and engineering leaders to define program OKRs. - Ensure regular communication with adjacent programs and external stakeholders, identify program impediments and address them, and lead program retrospectives for continuous improvement. - Maintain awareness of cross-product/program synergies, lead effective program governance and stakeholder management, and assess and improve the current methodology to support aggressive deployment schedules. Qualifications Required: - Overall, 8+ years of experience with at least 5 years in program management. - Relevant experience organizing multiple teams for software/product development initiatives, with a preference for Agile lifecycle management experience. - Successful track record of managing complex development programs, developing effective cross-organization relationships, and collaborating across business and technology stakeholders. - Strong technical acumen and customer-centric approach across the program delivery lifecycle. - Good knowledge of project management processes, tools, templates, and techniques, along with experience in agile development methodologies such as Scrum. - Experience in developing program/project level artifacts to support major software implementation programs with concurrent releases.
