What You’ll Do:

🔍 GL Monitoring & Reconciliation

• Regularly check and match up general ledger entries
• Fix any mismatches and keep everything audit-ready
• Maintain neat documentation and clear records

📊 MIS & Reporting

• Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS reports
• Create reports for internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support with variance analysis and other financial insights

🖥️ BlackLine Reconciliation

• Manage monthly reconciliations on BlackLine
• Ensure all entries are accurate and up to date
• Coordinate with the team to close open items

📈 Data Analysis & Process Support

• Analyse financial data to spot trends or gaps
• Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Help automate and simplify finance processes

📂 Audit & Compliance

• Support internal and external audits
• Make sure we’re following all policies and controls
• Be the go-to person for pulling the required data

What We’re Looking For:

• Good with

  SAP (FICO)

  ,

  Excel

  , and financial tools
• Experience with

  BlackLine

  or any other reconciliation tool is a bonus
• Sharp attention to detail, a love for numbers, and a problem-solving mindset
• Someone who’s comfortable working with large datasets and multiple teams
• Experience in audits or compliance is a plus

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com or similar
• Around

  3–5 years

  of experience in MIS, GL, or financial reporting
