If you're a strategic hustler who thrives on touring timelines, artist demands, and industry moves — we want to talk. 🔑 Your Key Responsibilities Drive 360° artist management: From live gigs to brand deals to career strategy. Lead tour planning & execution across cities and continents. Coordinate with labels, production teams, tech vendors, and marketing folks. Stay on top of music cycles, release timelines, sync opportunities & label deliverables. Be the go-to point for the artist—managing expectations, opportunities, and the occasional last-minute fire. Network like a boss. Stay plugged into promoters, labels, brands, and the Bollywood grapevine. ✅ Must-Have Credentials 5+ years of hands-on artist management experience (independent or mainstream). Proven track record handling live shows , tour logistics , tech riders , and venue coordination . Strong grasp of the Bollywood music ecosystem —labels, sync cycles, distributors, and the business behind the beats. An active network of promoters, booking agents, brand reps, and vendors. Stellar people management and communication skills (because this role is half talent whisperer, half chaos manager). A strategic thinker with operational chops.
