Key Expectations

- Build a personal rapport with Artistes to understand their vision, working style, and strategic goals.

- Facilitate, strategize, and recommend new opportunities to help Artistes achieve financial and growth targets.

- Manage all incoming/outgoing communications (calls, emails, meetings) for Artistes.

- Be fully versed in all aspects of contractual bookings, including executing and drafting contracts, legal formalities, and obtaining internal approvals.

- Support Artistes in their career development through effective planning and execution.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Representation and Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact for deal negotiations, legal contracts, and coordination of shoots/events for Artistes.

- Execute shoots, travel plans, commissioned jobs, and other logistical requirements for Artistes.

- Oversee production coordination for all Artiste-related activities, including live shows and events.

2. Revenue and Stakeholder Engagement

- Generate revenue through live shows, brand deals, and other strategic opportunities.

- Maintain active engagement with new and existing stakeholders, expanding Artistes' networks and creating growth opportunities.

3. Strategic Planning and Execution

- Build a roadmap for Artistes by evaluating their current position, market competition, and growth potential.

- Plan and execute strategies to achieve upward growth for Artistes, aligned with their vision.

4. Confidentiality and Reporting

- Uphold the confidentiality of information related to Artistes, including finances, dealings, and personal relationships.

- Share daily/weekly reports on Artistes progress and activities with business heads.

Key Requirements

- Relevant experience in Talent/Artiste Management:

- Junior Role: Minimum of 2 years.

- Senior Role: 4-5 years.

- Knowledge of industry trends, current affairs, and the entertainment landscape.

- Strong networking skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours to meet deadlines and commitments.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

- Experience in social media and data management.

- Skills in competition analysis and market mapping.
