Proven track record handling live shows , tour logistics , tech riders , and venue coordination . Strong grasp of the Bollywood music ecosystem —labels, sync cycles, distributors, and the business behind the beats. An active network of promoters, booking agents, brand reps, and vendors. Stellar people management and communication skills (because this role is half talent whisperer, half chaos manager). A strategic thinker with operational chops. Job Title: Assistant Manager – MIS & GL Reconciliation Department: Finance Location: Versova, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Why This Role Matters: Our Finance team is running full throttle, handling billing, collections, payables, and GST. But we're currently missing a key player who can take charge of MIS reporting , GL reconciliations , and financial data analysis . This role will help us manage that load, make sense of the numbers, support audits, and prepare us for global reporting standards. What You’ll Do: 🔍 GL Monitoring & Reconciliation Regularly check and match up general ledger entries Fix any mismatches and keep everything audit-ready Maintain neat documentation and clear records 📊 MIS & Reporting Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS reports Create reports for internal teams and external stakeholders Support with variance analysis and other financial insights 🖥️ BlackLine Reconciliation Manage monthly reconciliations on BlackLine Ensure all entries are accurate and up to date Coordinate with the team to close open items 📈 Data Analysis & Process Support Analyse financial data to spot trends or gaps Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting Help automate and simplify finance processes 📂 Audit & Compliance Support internal and external audits Make sure we’re following all policies and controls Be the go-to person for pulling the required data What We’re Looking For: Good with SAP (FICO) , Excel , and financial tools Experience with BlackLine or any other reconciliation tool is a bonus Sharp attention to detail, a love for numbers, and a problem-solving mindset Someone who’s comfortable working with large datasets and multiple teams Experience in audits or compliance is a plus Qualifications & Experience: CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com or similar Around 3–5 years of experience in MIS, GL, or financial reporting
